Reporting Issues on IRC

When reporting a issue on irc. Please provide the following information

1) The OS/Platform/Distribution your using.

2) The Install script you use. and if possible a link to it.

3) The Version of the gui as stated on the Status >> System Status page.

4) Please explain the exact Issue at hand.

5) if you filed a bug report please have the bug report number or link handy.

Sample:

os=Debian 7.7 script=pkg based script version=3.6.3 issue; can not get music on hold to play in the gui.

Apps > Music on Hold > select the play button on the song you want to play it fails to play.

this then helps us know know the issue and respond to it easier.
