*5900 Park Park a call.
*5901 Un-Park Un-Park (retrieve) a call.
*6000 Valet Park Attended Transfer (park). The park extension will be played back to you.
*6001-6099 Valet Un-Park Retrieve a Valet Parked call.
*67 <phone number> Call Privacy Activate call privacy
*69 Call Return Call back the last incoming number
*732 Record *REC followed by Administrative PIN to record a message.

Voicemail

  • Dial *97 or *4000 for general voicemail access. The system prompts for the id (extension number) and password
  • Dial *98 for voicemail. Your extension is detected; you'll be prompted for your password.
  • Dial *99[extension number] to send a call directly to voicemail.

Conference

  • Dial *3001-*3099 conference channel (8khz audio)
  • Dial *3101-*3199 conference channel (16khz audio)
  • Dial *3201-*3299 conference channel (32khz audio)
  • Dial *3301-*3399 conference channel (48khz audio)

Additional Conference numbers can be added in the GUI.

Group

  • Group Intercept Dial *8 to use group intercept
  • Add Dial **81[2 digit group id] add extension to a group (see Call Groups)
  • Delete Dial **80[2 digit group id] delete the extension from the group (see Call Groups)
  • Simultaneous Ring Dial **82[2 digit group id] to ring the entire group simultaneously (see Call Groups)
  • Ring in Sequence Dial *83[2 digit group id] to ring the group in sequence (see Call Groups)
  • Ring Billing Dial *2001 group dial billing
  • Ring Support Dial *2002 group dial support


Miscellaneous

  • Dial *9192 Info test sends information to the console
  • Dial *9193 video record
  • Dial *9194 video playback
  • Dial *9195 delay echo
  • Dial *9196 echo test
  • Dial *9197 play milliwatt tone
  • Dial *9198 to play a test tone
  • Dial *9664 to test music on hold
  • Dial *5000 for the default auto attendant

Advanced

  • Dial *8[extension number] to use a phone intercom.
  • Dial *88[extension number] eavesdrop - listen in on a call (this can be limited to certain extensions).
    • Press 1 to barge in and listen to the distant party.
    • Press 2 to barge in and listen to the local party.
    • Press 3 to barge in on both sides of the conversation.
  • Dial *886 to global-intercept a call that is ringing.
  • Dial **[extension number] to intercept an extension. (possibly **8[extension number])

Warning

Note: Feature Codes are defined in the default dial plan, however this is not updated when you update FusionPBX. Therefore if your original installation of FusionPBX was a while back you might not have access to all these feature codes. To update manually, you can pull the latest version from http://code.google.com/p/fusionpbx/source/browse/trunk/fusionpbx/includes/install/dialplan/default.xml
