So on our quest to finding motivation to lose FloraSpring weight, we need to take a look at our feelings and emotions. Your body wants to be healthy and have energy. Be kind to your body and be grateful for it in every stage it goes through. You have so much to be thankful for if you have 2 legs, 2 arms, five fingers, muscle tissue and bones. You have everything you need to lose weight.
